What effects has the shift from a print culture to a more digital culture had on the book?
The drive for this research project is to get a better understanding on what influences have driven a change (if any) in the book in today's more digital age, discover the historical evolution of the book through time (ie format), what social values have influenced a shift (if any) in the book. And I will be working to develop research topics of interest around the inquiry proposed as well as create a bibliography as a part of the work for the course.
Week by week, I will be writing about the reading, and I will develop and research questions (and answer the questions). The writing will lead to a final project yet to be determined.
